Privacy notice

CJR Repaint & Renovation, in Aruba, is responsible for the personal data described here. The company is being registered; its legal name and a privacy contact address will be added to this notice once confirmed.

For any question about your data, or to use your rights, write to cjr@takumiholding.com.

The quote form asks for:

• your name, email address and, if you wish, a phone number (and whether it is on WhatsApp)
• how you prefer to be contacted
• whether the property is a business or a home, the type of property, interior or exterior work and its rough size
• the services you are interested in and when you would like to start
• the district or area in Aruba, never your street address
• anything you write in the message field

We use these details to prepare your quote, arrange the inspection and contact you the way you chose.

The partner form asks for your name, email address, how you prefer to be contacted, a phone number if you choose a call or WhatsApp (and whether it is on WhatsApp), your business name, your trade and your message. We use them to get to know your business and to contact you about working together.

Before sending either form you confirm that you have read this notice. We do not use your request for marketing and we do not sell it.

Your request is emailed to CJR by Resend, our email delivery service, which processes it only to deliver it.

A safety copy is stored in the website's database (Cloudflare D1, in the United States) for 90 days, so a request is not lost if an email fails to arrive, and is then deleted automatically. With it we keep the country your connection came from and your browser type; your IP address is not stored.

Quote requests may be passed to My CJR, CJR's client system. When a quote request is passed to My CJR, it receives the details above plus your IP address and browser type, which it uses to prepare your quote and to limit abuse of the form.

We may send you a short email confirming that your request arrived, with its reference number. It does not repeat anything you typed.

CJR keeps the emails it receives for as long as it needs them to handle your request and for its own records.

If you message CJR on WhatsApp, the conversation runs on WhatsApp, a Meta service, and Meta's terms and privacy policy apply. The CJR team sees your number, your profile name and your messages in order to answer you.

The WhatsApp buttons on this site only open a chat with a suggested first message, which you can change before sending. The website itself sends nothing to WhatsApp.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google processes this on our behalf and sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Advertising features stay off.

Analytics starts when you first visit. You can turn it off at any time under Cookie settings, here or in the footer; from then on no analytics data is sent. Cookies already set stay in your browser until they expire or you clear them.

Cookie settings

A few small values are kept in your own browser so the site works the way you left it. They are never sent to us and need no consent:

• your light or dark theme choice, if you change it
• a note that you have already seen the opening logo animation, kept only until you close the tab
• your cookie choice

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser headers to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

The website and the database behind its forms are run on CJR's behalf by its web agency, RasTech.

The forms are protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you send a form, it checks signals from your browser to tell a person from a script. It is not used for advertising or to profile you.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to stop us using it. Use the contact details above and we will answer as soon as we can.

When what this website collects changes, we update this notice and the date at the top.
