Interior painting
Repaint walls, ceilings, doors and trim with even, clean coverage.
Overview
Even coats, clean lines, rooms ready to use
Indoor walls in Aruba work hard: air conditioning, humidity near the coast and daily use wear a finish down faster than most people expect. A proper interior repaint starts with preparation (filling, sanding and priming) so the new coat bonds and stays even. Done right, it changes how a room feels without keeping it closed for long.
Scope
What's included
Every quote is itemised: you see each part of the job as its own line before anything starts.
- Protection of floors, furniture and fixtures before work starts
- Filling of holes and hairline cracks, sanding of rough patches
- Stain-blocking primer where water marks or patches show through
- Two finish coats on walls and ceilings
- Doors, frames and trim in a hard-wearing finish
- Clean-up and a walk-through with you at the end
Process
How the job runs
Inspection
We look at the rooms, the surfaces and how the space is used, and agree on colours and timing.
Preparation
Furniture is covered, surfaces are repaired and sanded, and primer goes on where it is needed.
Painting
Finish coats in a planned order, room by room or floor by floor. You follow the progress in My CJR.
Hand-over
We clean up and walk through every room with you before we call it done.
Warranty and limits
Good to know
- Spaces in use
- In hotels, offices and shops we agree on a schedule that keeps the space usable, area by area.
- Warranty
- Up to 6 months on the finish we apply, for cosmetic issues such as peeling, flaking or blistering. It never covers the structure underneath.
- Structural cracks
- Hairline cracks are filled as part of the prep. Cracks that point to movement in the structure are assessed and referred to a specialist, never priced as cosmetic work.
