Services
Pressure washing
Clean salt, dust and grime off walls, roofs and paving.
Overview
The first step of every good repaint
Salt spray, dust and algae in shaded corners build a film on every outdoor surface in Aruba. Paint applied over that film does not bond and peels early, which is why pressure washing comes before almost every exterior job. On its own, it also brings walls, terraces and paving back between repaints.
Scope
What's included
Every quote is itemised: you see each part of the job as its own line before anything starts.
- Walls, façades, roofs, terraces, driveways and paving
- Pressure set to the surface: lower for stucco, wood and coatings
- Treatment of mould and algae in shaded spots
- Protection of plants, windows and openings
- Drying time before any coating goes on
Process
How the job runs
Inspection
We check the surfaces and agree on what gets washed and how.
Washing
Top to bottom, at the right pressure for each surface.
Check
A walk-around once everything is dry, so we see the result together in daylight.
Warranty and limits
Good to know
- The right pressure
- Too much pressure damages stucco and wood. We use the lowest pressure that does the job.
- As part of a repaint
- When washing is preparation for painting, it appears as its own line in the itemised quote.
